I will work with you at your pace to help you identify the goals most important to you, while also supporting you in letting go of whatever may be getting in your way. I work best with those who are ready to engage in the process of making changes. I bring a collaborative approach that involves education, conversation, and skill building.

I find it can be most effective to focus on your areas of strength as well as where you are experiencing problems, as I believe the strengths and skills you already possess can be used to help bring your life more in line with how you would like it to be.
